Title: Man, Thats a lot of fun!
Post by: guy hanson on September 10, 2010, 07:33:44 AM
We had a great time last night learning about these little cars.  I am amazed at how much more difficult they are to drive than I expected!  Not dissuaded, however.  Looking forward to the challenge of learning to run them and tinkering with the setups.  Now we have to find some Overlands and Formula Ones!

always some good deals to be had on ebay.   if I see anything that is a good value I'll point you to it.  :)  :flex:

Glad you guys came to check it out.   I would have loved to talk more but I had to keep things moving so we can get it all in before people had to start leaving.   I would have like to have let you driven some more.  Next time you will just have to run the cars and not worry about the rest of us.  We have lots of experience with driving with people just getting started and it doesn't  bother us.

Let me know if you need any other info on anything.

Cool, thanks!  Dad called team JR this morning and found that the KO Propo stuu is on a very short, very lame discount structure for team guys.  Now I have to find another chic for the radio for my mini z stuff.  We will figure it out today, Im sure.
Would like to find out about some track to buy so that I can sort out how to drive these little buggers Before I come to the racetrack

if you need to borrow some track for a bit,  I can arrange that.  I have more than we really ever use so I'm sure we could arrange some short term thing.   If you're looking to purchase I can arrange that too :)

When we come out in a few weeks we can decide on what track to get for the house.
As Dad and I are working on the mini z's we will really need something to test teak test on and learn not to crash on!
