Still gathering information on cost of things.   Not sure what the Jacket is going to be just yet.

Ben we would like the Shirts to be a Gilden Ultra Tee if he can get them.  :)

Hell yeah....  keep the black shirts...    How about hoodies, or beanies  ?

I think we can talk to them and see what it'll cost.   I've updated the artwork,   this looks much cleaner.    what do you think.

I would like to see probably a Jacket with the logos on them as well.  I'd get one.   I've sent the artwork to Ben to pass along so hopefully we will have some more info  soon.

I still need to know how many shirts you want and the size.

Ditto for me 3-4 Shirts but in XXL or XXXL depending on the shrinkage factor of the shirt. And 1 Jacket.


Also Brian I think it would be a good idea to have an overrun of the shirts to sell up in Wyoming. I would just leave off the Team Driver part. I can help fund the extras if you need some help. I bet we could sell 10 or more. Maybe post on the Wyoming modelers site to get pre-orders.

before we place an order,  I'm going to need sizes and quantities from everyone that want to get them.   I should know pricing on everything here soon.   See first post for what I have currently.

haven't got final pricing on them yet.   also we'll need to decide on the type.   I'm thinking something like a hoodie,  with a full zip.   or we can simply do a pull over hoodie as well.

Full Zip for me, too fat for pullovers  :flex: :laugh:

Ben will be picking up the sample shirt this weekend,   he will bring it to the race on Thursday so we can all check it out.    I at this time we'll need to know what everyone wants.

I want 2 XL shirts and an XL hoodie pullover. I will have all the info on the jackets on thursday. I know Brian has sent a link with what kind of jacket. Also what is the possibility of just purchasing our own jacket for screening?

i will find out Russ, that was what i was thinking would happen originally, here is the link to the jacket example page that Brian sent me, it was only an example, but look it over and let me know if its in the ballpark.  I will have everything ready and will be taking orders thursday everything should be done by the end of the week.  Thanks guys.  see you thursday

you forgot the link.  :)   It was just a simple front zip jacket.  I have the email at home with the link.   Not sure what they could print on so I just was referencing a style.

Might be a good idea to bring some money for those of us getting shirts and jackets.

Nice Jacket. If price is an issue theres always Walmart. You can get a jacket there for under $20 that is decent. Theres also a dozen T-shirt type places around west valley that sell discounted jackets and stuff.

Maybe for jackets it would be easier to supply whatever jacket each person wants to get screened rather than buying all of one kind. IDK.

I know not all materials can be screen printed on as well.  that why I was only suggesting a style.  that way they could look for something in that style in the right material for the printing process.

so i spoke to Joe my uncle and the sample will not be done untill this friday :'( but I am sure it will look amazing, I will have all the other info on the jackets and take orders and get them all done so you all can represent in Wyoming!

Shirts are done!  I will have them this thursday at the race  Here is the break down: Please bring the fundage to the next race please!!! Due to the cost of the screens that needed to be produced the price of the shirts came in at 7.75 but to spread the cost of the screens out there is a per item surcharge of 4.68. They turned out really nice. So here it is

Russ 4xxl shirts and a jacket. 7.75 x 4 + 35(jacket) + 4.68 x 5 = 89.40. (I'll email you separately cause the jacket is different and has not yet been printed because I wanted to ok it by you first. Also he didn't order any full zips by mistake. I can't remember if you wanted a full zip or not. ) anyway the jacket but I'll fill you in in more detail in the email

Chad your 5xl shirts came in at 11.95 because you are a freakin monster!  They are big shirts!  Your total is 49.89.

Luke your total of the the two XL shirts 7.75 x 2 + 23.95 (hoodie) + 4.68 x 3= 53.09

Guys thanks for making this possible. I am sorry that it came to more than the 10 posted on the site but it's kind of spilt milk at this point... You will love them the shirts are really comfy. Just to reiterate a point though... As of right now the total bill is on me and as much as my wife understands my passion for the hobby she will literally kill me if don't collect... So nothing personal but "show me the money"!
