I have the tires, and some rims,  not sure if they are the star rims you were wanting, but I think I do have a set of them.   I also have the foams so you can build tires for sure tonight.

we need to get together and see what parts you want.  I need to place an order for everyone things,  I've just been crazy busy that last fiew weeks.

Got my shocks filled. I used 20wt Associated oil. That way I know what I have to move from if needed. I couldnt install a 50T motor because they are all in my box at your house  Frustrated. So I will have to do that tonight. I left the stock tires unglued since I was planning on getting the PN's anyway. Do you have them in stock?

that is a really cool video.   I saw a slightly different one, but I like this top view one the best.  you can really see the lines that are being driven and why some are clearly faster than others.

I have some foams and tires,  you'll want to glue the tires on the rims either way.    other than that we can see how it runs with the 50T and go from there.

Ok so I got my buggy a couple weeks ago and havent even got a chance to run it. I'm guessing the stock motor is useless so I'm going to install one of the many 50 turn motors I have. I think I will fill the shocks and get it as ready as I can. Any other things to do to get it ready for a first run?

sounds like it could be the TX if they are both doing it.

Sorry to dig an old thread everyone, crazy to think it's been 3 years since I made this post!
I was meant to come update this thread, but never got around to it...

So this didn't end up fixing the car, it did make it bind the steering almost straight but it still had a little bias to the right, and again when trying to trim it back straight again it would only trim the car further to the right, even when using the left trim. In the 3 years since making this post I also purchased an MA-020 AWD Mini Z as well (Without a TX)

I've tried pairing this newer car to my KT18 and have had the same exact problem, so I'm guessing that it's a problem with the TX itself, just getting some money together to get a new KT18 to try, but will post some results if that fixes it. I'm guessing based on the fact two totally different cars have had the same exact problem when paired with the same TX that the only problem can be the TX (Unless of course I just happen to be SUPER unlucky and purchased two cars with the exact same problem)

Our club does not use the chase mode function and most of us are using the KT-18 transmitter. I figured out a way to get full power to the motor which is normally limited to 70% ,by default, with this transmitter. I noticed the board allows full power in reverse. So buy swapping the polarity on the motor wires and reversing the radio's throttle function the motor runs full power forward (which was reverse) . Used the ICS to turn off the delay to what was normally the reverse function and all is fast forward now. Now there is some down sides like the brake function is no more but really never used it at our club.

Anyone else tried this?

Most of us are still racing overland so I'm not sure that you will find anyone selling them here.  We hold on to the spare parts in case something gets broken during racing.

If you are looking for something specific I can see if it's available from kyosho.
