Another thing to try is the wheel nuts being too tight. If either nut is too tight it will bind that side and make the car turn in that direction under power. I had a similar problem. On a stock gear diff you will want to make sure the left wheel nut (opposite gear side) is not too tight. Pulling to one side on power is usually a binding issue. Check all your wheel nuts and make sure they are not too tight. If you have bearings make sure they roll smooth.
