I have been contacted by Shannon from WyomingRC.

Mini-Z Racers,

I'm sending out a note to see if there is enough interest to run another Winter Mini-Z Trophy Race this Winter.  The race would be a weekend in late January or early February.  We could probably get into the casino again.  Since the oil and gas has slowed down around here, finding affordable rooms will not be a problem this year.

Let me know if anyone is interested.

They are checking interest in putting together another race this coming winter.  Who is interested in making the trip again?

here is the latest information from Shannon on the Wyoming Race.  base on these dates we should start looking for room pricing and making plans to attend.

I have the casino reserved for the 30th and 31st of January.  I talked to Sam yesterday he is bringing at least two more guys from Colorado.

here is the latest info on the Wyoming Race,   We are good to start booking rooms and making plans.

We're still good to go for January 30th and 31st.  

I was thinking of keeping the classes the same as last year.  However, if we get enough cars for another class we'll create it.  My brother has an AWD so we have two so far, three if I have time to get mine running.  The guys in Colorado have three Superstock cars.  I just asked Sam what a Superstock car has. I'm guessing this is a car with a FET upgrade, super mod motor and a standard body?

So far we have the following classes:
Stock Mini-Z (no FET upgrades), Pan Car Mini-Z, F1 Mini-Z (no FET upgrades), Nascar Mini-Z (no FET upgrades), Stock Kyosho Mini-Z (stock Kyosho motor required)

I'll have the entry forms ready soon!  I'll send them to you as soon as they are ready.

The Colorado guys (5 so far) found rooms at the South Federal Inn.  Only $45 per night.  It's not the nicest place, but it's a place to sleep.

I just checked expedia and we can get into the same motel as last year for $144 for 2 nights. 

the plan would be to leave on Friday around noon.  Drive to riverton 6 hours.   then race on Saturday and Sunday.  Drive back on Sunday night.

if i had more than one car to race i would definitely consider it

Theres alot of racing to be had, even with only one car but you could maybe borrow someones F1 if you wanted to compete in another class. Or buy just a Pan Car body and use it on your MR-02, it comes with everything you need to use it (wheels, mounts, clip, body). Brian might even have a loaner Pan car body.
