Looking to pick up a used MR-02. I found a place that I can pick up a new I series for cheap ($75), was informed they they tend to glitch some. Would like to keep my first purchase around $100. So if anyone has any leads or has one for sale please let me know. If I do not find a used one in the next week or so I will pull the trigger on the i series I found online. they are asking too much for that vs. what you get.  the only real upgrade is the motor mount.

only thing is,  I've not heard of this store. 

they have two of these listed and both at different prices.  one for $159 and one for $98.    they both have listed as the same part #.  I'd confirm with them if it's the i series or not.

Hmm, that is strange, plus could not find a number to call and confirm. I will just try to be patient for the right deal.  I am being impatient so I can hurry and start racing. LOL

Don't worry about it,  you can always come out to race.  We'll hook you up until you can find a good deal.  I'll post something up on Mini-z racer and see what people have.   I've been on there a long time, so maybe I can get you a good deal.

so far I have come up with this.

a brand new AM MR-02 chassis and TX for $90 shipped (Seller is in the UK, but is someone I know).   He can do $80 for the chassis alone if you already have a 27am TX.  the chassis was a short tail Mclaren,  it has the wheels and I have few of those bodies I can give you a deal on,  or possibly the Aston if that's the one you want and you can pick up the upgrades as you like.  

Rob, What do you think?  it's basically a brand new mini-z for about $130ish.

I also have another guy that has one,  it's a used MR-02 with a used enzo body on it.   it would be mostly stock with the exception of bearings.  $100 shipped.

the Chassis looked pretty used, so I would suggest the first option above.
